Vacancies Employment opportunities 2011 CyberTech Communications is looking for a number of new members of staff to join our busy practice across our offices in Europe and USA. Project Managers The successful candidate must have experience of on-site project management with complex VideoConference / Audiovisual systems. Additionally, skills in working with MS Project would be preferred. You should be methodical, diplomatic and able to handle difficult situations, especially under pressure. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively at different levels from motivating junior staff on site, to holding high level meetings with architects, consultants and clients. AV Consultants/Design Engineers - USA/Europe We are looking for consultants/design engineers to work in our Swiss offices. You should have experience of detailed design of the VideoConference / Audiovisual elements in a wide range of applications from public spaces to corporate situations, but want to move into different markets, such as banks, hotels and museums. You should have some experience of VideoConference / Audiovisual over IT systems, be able to demonstrate lateral thinking and creative solutions with well engineered systems that represent value for money. Good client facing skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively through documents and email. CTS qualification is preferred for VideoConference / Audiovisual role, but is not necessary. Degree level education is essential for the role. Linux Specialist - Europe Your key responsibility will be to Provide High Level Technical Support for all Linux Systems supported. This entails developing and implementing infrastructure policies and procedures (DRP). Your duties include Configuration and Capacity management and Linux Systems integrity. You will also be responsible for Setting up, Configuring and Administrating Linux Server Operating Systems (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu Server etc and for all manpower plans and upgrading technical skills in the department. Your understanding of JBoss, OpenLDAP, TomCat Apache, Java RTE will hold you in great stead. You will be required to make recommendations on areas of specialisation, application requirements and software installations. Who we're looking for
VMWare Specialist (ESX) - Europe
The right candidate must be a strong 3rd line Systems Administrator with a real focus and expertise in VMWare ESX and ideally VSphere 4 with a VCP to further back up this experience. Commercial experience with MS Windows, Active Directory Server 2003 / 2008, Exchange 2003 / 2007 is also a pre requisite, with any Citrix knowledge beneficial. You will be working on large scale Virtualisation projects, managing complex and large scale technical solutions, implementing VMWare ESX in clustered enterprise environments. Required Skills: - VMWare ESX 3.5 / 4 - VSphere - ESX VDI - MS Active Directory, Server 2003 / 2008 - Citrix PS 4 / 4.5 / Xen. For all positions, a good working knowledge and competency with the standard MS Office suite of products.
